I'm still mourn...what bread maker do you have? I'm still mourning the passing of my Zoh. bread pan. The machine still works but not much good without the pan. And a new one is just as pricey as a whole unit on eBay. I'm watching and waiting.<BR/>In the mean time, I've been messing with the (Almost) No-Knead Bread from Cook's Illustrated.
